Springtime In Chile
The Laager was one of the fringe exhibitions at the
Johannesburg Art Bienalle in 1995. This was curated by Wayne Barker
and consisted of 21 shipping containers which were arranged
in the form of a traditional laager.An extended version of this travelled to Chile the same year
and was exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Santiago.
This version was entitled “Springtime in Chile”. -
